In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
2.1 By registering an Account with ph899, accessing the ph899 platform at ph899.vip, or placing a wager through the Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the ph899 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

5.1 ph899 accepts deposits through the Philippine Payment Methods listed on the Platform's cashier page. Accepted methods include but are not limited to GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, QR Ph, and USDT TRC20.

6.1 Players may request withdrawal of their real-money Account Balance (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds) at any time, subject to the conditions in this Section.

13.1 ph899 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive — arising from: (a) a Player's use of or inability to access the Platform; (b) technical malfunctions, system outages, or internet connectivity failures; (c) unauthorised access to a Player's Account due to the Player's failure to protect their credentials; (d) any act or omission of a third-party payment provider; or (e) decisions made by a Player in connection with their gambling activity.

15.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines, or to such regulatory authority as may have jurisdiction over the subject matter of the dispute.
15.4 These Terms, together with the ph899 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and ph899 with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
